Dear All,

Please pay attention to the fact that for the 2007 income tax bill in 90% of the cases the tax people has simply forgotten to pick up (as they must do it) your usual bank account number they are aware of or the new one mentioned on the tax return.

So in case of a refund they will now send you BY NORMAL MAIL a postal check ! Assuming you get it (everybody know that mail can be lost ....)  than you will have to queue at the post office to get the refund provided you have your identity card on you.

 To avoid these niceties you have EIGHT days after the receipt of the tax bill to notify them your bank account: do not rely on them to correct their error.
